Thanks to all my tutors, happy teacher day

As we all very well know that today is the birth date of our 2nd president of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Today we have forgotten importance of a good teacher, in my words a teacher is one who has motivational power with which he can motivate his students, and subject knowledge is the secondary thing. Anyone who teaches us anything may be considered similar to a teacher, for example our parents are our first teacher, in this age we have forgotten the importance of character building among children and children themselves choose a teacher who can get him a good score, is a good score is enough to achieve success? No, character is the first thing and then comes motivation, if you are not being motivated then how you can learn the core knowledge? Subject knowledge can be achieved through books, computers and robots, but can we consider them as our teacher? For many of us answer will be yes and for few answer will be no, to some extent we can rely on these things but, can a toddler be taught everything  through only robots? We need care, motivation, affection and many such things which can be done through a intellectual teacher. In concluding sentence I would like to say don’t become robot, be human,respect your teachers, he may have less subject knowledge than computer or robots but in fact a good teacher is considered as god himself.

जैसा कि हम सभी अच्छी तरह से जानते हैं कि आज हमारे भारत के दूसरे राष्ट्रपति डॉ। सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन की जन्म तिथि है। आज हम एक अच्छे शिक्षक के महत्व को भूल गए हैं, मेरे शब्दों में एक शिक्षक वह है जिसके पास प्रेरक शक्ति है जिसके साथ वह अपने छात्रों को प्रेरित कर सकता है, और विषय ज्ञान माध्यमिक चीज है। जो कोई भी हमें कुछ भी सिखाता है, उसे एक शिक्षक के समान माना जा सकता है, उदाहरण के लिए हमारे माता-पिता हमारे पहले शिक्षक हैं, इस युग में हम बच्चों के बीच चरित्र निर्माण के महत्व को भूल गए हैं और बच्चे खुद एक शिक्षक का चयन करते हैं जो उसे एक अच्छा स्कोर दिला सके, सफलता पाने के लिए एक अच्छा स्कोर पर्याप्त है? नहीं, चरित्र पहली बात है और फिर प्रेरणा आती है, यदि आप प्रेरित नहीं हो रहे हैं तो आप मूल ज्ञान कैसे सीख सकते हैं? विषय ज्ञान पुस्तकों, कंप्यूटर और रोबोट के माध्यम से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है, लेकिन क्या हम उन्हें अपने शिक्षक के रूप में मान सकते हैं? हम में से कई के लिए उत्तर हाँ होगा और कुछ के लिए उत्तर नहीं होगा, कुछ हद तक हम इन चीजों पर भरोसा कर सकते हैं लेकिन, क्या एक बच्चा को केवल रोबोट के माध्यम से सब कुछ सिखाया जा सकता है? हमें देखभाल, प्रेरणा, स्नेह और कई ऐसी चीजें चाहिए जो एक बौद्धिक शिक्षक के माध्यम से की जा सकती हैं। निष्कर्ष के रूप में, मैं कहना चाहूंगा कि रोबोट न बनें, मानव बनें, अपने शिक्षकों का सम्मान करें, उन्हें कंप्यूटर या रोबोट की तुलना में कम विषय ज्ञान हो सकता है, लेकिन वास्तव में एक अच्छे शिक्षक को स्वयं भगवान माना जाता है।
