PLIGHT OF INDIANS IN SEARCH OF JUSTICE

 Today's India is struggling with a irony caused by the ongoing social and governmental misconduct,  whether it is related to education, Governmental policies , Jurisdiction or any social issues. Every thing is seems to be corrupted, our courts even supreme court of the country is busy only in the issues which is in fact not a such big social issues such is the case with Mr. P. Bhusan a senior lawyer in the supreme court of India who has unnecessarily created a chaos by his tweet with inappropriate post about the chief justice of India (S.A.Bobde), he is not only wasting the precious time of the court but also is hindering the justice path for many a Indians who are striving in search of justice, this kind of acts should not given importance, if the highest court will get engaged in these things, how can we expect justice from lower courts such as state courts.  

आज का भारत चल रहे सामाजिक और सरकारी कदाचार के कारण एक विडंबना से जूझ रहा है, चाहे वह शिक्षा, सरकारी नीतियों, क्षेत्राधिकार या किसी सामाजिक मुद्दों से संबंधित हो। हर बात भ्रष्ट लगती है, हमारी अदालतें भी देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत केवल उन मुद्दों में व्यस्त हैं जो वास्तव में इतने बड़े सामाजिक मुद्दे नहीं हैं, ऐसा ही मामला श्री पी। भूषण के वरिष्ठ वकील के साथ है। भारत ने मुख्य न्यायाधीश के बारे में अनुचित पोस्ट के साथ अपने ट्वीट द्वारा अनावश्यक रूप से एक अराजकता पैदा की है (SAbusde), वह न केवल अदालत के कीमती समय को बर्बाद कर रहा है, बल्कि कई भारतीयों के लिए न्याय मार्ग में बाधा उत्पन्न कर रहा है, जो रोक रहे हैं न्याय की खोज, इस तरह के कृत्यों को महत्व नहीं दिया जाना चाहिए, अगर उच्चतम न्यायालय इन चीजों में व्यस्त हो जाएगा, तो हम निचली अदालतों जैसे राज्य अदालतों से न्याय की उम्मीद कैसे कर सकते हैं।
